Gator Bites Tail & Ale Fort Myers
Matt an I went to Gator Bites Tail & Ale Fort Myers the last time we were in the area. We heard the chicken wings were really good there so we decided to give it a try. It’s in a strip mall right next to Publix on Summerlin Rd. We went on a Saturday night around 8:00. It wasn’t really busy and got seated right away. The restaurant and bar area were decorated with fun decor, pictures of alligators everywhere and camo printed booths. There are high top tables in the bar area and booths and tables in the restaurant. Matt an I started with some wings, flamin cajun and sweet chili. Yes, we like our food spicy.

Next we ordered a cocktail from their croc-tail menu. They have lots of fun drinks to choose from, I got the Rum Punch and Matt had the Florida Sunburn. Both drinks went well with our spicy wings. For dinner I had the fish tacos and Matt had a burger. The food was great. I really wanted to try the gator bites but I wanted the wings and fish tacos more. Next time I am getting, the GBT special. GBT Stands for, Gator, Beer and T-shirt. For $10 you get a sample of gator, a 12 oz. draft and a t-shirt. Now that’s a good deal. After you finish eating check out the Gator Bites Trading Post. There are t-shirts, baseball hats, and other gator themed things. Gator Bites Tail & Ale in Fort Myers has good food, good croc-tails and is a really fun place. When you go tell Nick, the owner of Gator Bites Tail & Ale Fort Myers, that Matt and Lisa from The Favorite Sun say hi. I give Gator Bites Tail & Ale Fort Myers a thumbs up! Check out their menu and make sure you check out Gator Bites Tail & Ale Fort Myers the next time you are in town.
