TJ’s Hatchet Hangout

Axe Throwing

In Massachusetts where I am from, axe throwing has become very popular. Just in the Boston area, there are 10 places you can go to throw axes. From what I have heard it is really fun! That’s why I was so excited when I heard that TJ’s Hatchet Hangout opened in Cape Coral. Tj’s Hatchet Hangout is actually the first axe throwing facility in South West Florida, and it’s fairly close to The Favorite Sun. 41 minutes to be exact.

What is axe throwing?

You probably are asking yourself…”self, what is axe throwing?” It’s kind of like darts but with an axe. Here are the official rules of the game. If you are interested in learning more about the history of axe throwing, here is a great article about it.

Back to TJ’s Hatchet Hangout

Although TJ’s Hatchet Hangout is fairly new they already have some great reviews. Here are what people on Google are saying about them,

Heidi gives them 5 stars and says, “We had a blast hatchet throwing and can’t wait to go back. The staff was super friendly and Jayden was fun and helpful! We did two hours with 4 people and it was just enough time to learn the technique, rules, and play a couple of games.”

Ryan gives a 5 star review too and says, “Had way more fun than I was expecting too and our axpert Josh was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend trying this place out!”

Last but not least, Heather, who gave another 5 star review, “My husband and I had an impromptu date night that we changed from the typical dinner to axe throwing. We have no regrets and we will be back! What a fun time, laughing and learning together.”

TJ’s Hatchet Hangout is great for date night, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties and all kinds of get togethers. You can make reservations or walk-in. They even have leagues you can join.

Go and give TJ’s Hatchet Hangout a try and let me know what you think. Next time I’m in town I am going to check it out too!
